Assuming the door is square, the frame surely isn't. Sent this image to the contractor who did our kitchen two years ago to see if he'll oversee this little project that's too big for me. There are also trim issues on the outside. My house-flipping BIL says some of the materials necessary for this repair/replacement are not stock lumber yard items and I don't have the tools to cut the stock to size accurately.
