Have they done any studies on the sheep to see if they are harmed in any way by the noise? In a town about 15 minutes from my house they are shutting down wind turbines because they say they cause harm to humans. I'd rather have turbines than a nuke plant near me. I really like this picture.
Beautiful image to show the coexistence of technic and nature. Two days ago I visited a wind turbine and stand just below it (taking pictures of course). It was loud there but only 20 m away it was significantly less noisy. Anyway, I won't live just beneath a wind turbine.

@sailingmusic Thanks for your comments, Myrna. The irony is, if I'd turned around 180 degrees after taking this shot, I would be looking at a Nuclear Power Station on the coast about a mile away.
@carolmw Thanks Carol. I haven't got into processing yet, but was lucky with this picture as the setting sun behind me gave a lovely reddish glow to the sky in general.
