We stayed in a cute Lodge close to Taupo tonight and had the typical "Hangi" for dinner. I joined the cooking lessons and we baked "bread". Actually it wasn't really baking and it wasn't really bread .. we fried it!! For me as a German veeery confusing .. :D But it was good! :)
