Got this Turkey Vulture sunning this morning. I know they're ugly, but sometimes you just have to put that aside and look at the overall picture. It's still ugly. :-)

That's a great shot. I had gotten some decent shots last summer of some vultures, but they never let me get close enough with my 75-300 lens (or maybe I chickened out, they were a lot of them) for one this close or clear
