I know you've heard it before, but almost didn't get down tonight as it was raining at the house. Couldn't even see any sign of light, but finally decided to head down. As I got out of the neighborhood, I started seeing a really bright spot above the tree line, so figured things were looking up. Got down and it was still drizzling a little bit, but there was an opening on the horizon and the sun was visible. Watched it go down and then the show started. It just got redder and redder. Couldn't believe the color change in just a short period of time. Sort of funny, as what a few of us call the sunset club, were running all over the spot trying to get the best shot. Guess I just can't not go regardless of what it is doing at the house.
Wow, what a night. Never ever know what the night will bring till you get there. I always say to myself: If you don't go, you don't know! ( if I think I don't see anything different from the day before lol)
