This guy just kept walking right along the shoreline, where I was only about 10 feet away. Was real surprised that it got that close, but it didn't seem to be too concerned about me being there and it just kept on looking for a snack.
You were of no interest - too big to swallow! What a super close-up - love that eye and the small feathers under the head. I rarely get to see that head feather.
