It's been very wet again today. This shot is from a few days ago but gives you an idea how wet it is in our area of England at the moment. Especially when you consider this is the top of the hill looking out onto the Eyebrook reservoir.
All this rain makes for miserable walking, especially if you've got to cross a field churned up by cattle. Your shot depicts the amount of rain we've had very well. The sun adds a degree of warmth, nice shot.
@gamelee Thanks Lee I nearly fell in the puddle as I was trying to get a good vantage point! @30pics4jackiesdiamond Thanks it's certainly unusually wet for the top of a hill. @snowy I'm hoping it will start to dry soon but I suspect it we have a month or 2 to go :) @busylady Thank you. I shoot a lot of sunsets and usually shoot 3 bracketed images I then blend these in LR to get a balanced image.
