City of Lincoln

Managed to catch the Lancaster again today. It was over the village of Eye near Peterborough. The light was not the best but I like the angle and the fact you can see some one in the bomb aiming position!

@jesika2 I agree with you, the Vulcan is the most beautiful plane ever. They had Vulcans at Scampton when we were based there in the early 70s with the RAF so we saw them every day.

CoolPic my Grandfather was a Tail End Charlie and we had the pleasure of being shown around the plane at a Bomber Command crew open Day a few years ago. Great memories.
