It's Awfully Hot Deer...

Had to go to Glenfield hospital in Leicester this afternoon the upside is it allows for an impromptu visit to Bradgate Park. These two deer were relaxing in the full sun around 30 degree's C. You would think they would find some shade. The ruins in the background are the former home of the Queen for 9 days Lady Jane Grey.

Super shot of one of our favourite places. There were warnings out last week about ticks. Hope you escaped unscathed?
