Crescent 🌙Moon

Had a wander around Rutland Water last night at around 11pm looking for noctilucent clouds. None showed up but the crescent moon made for a nice scene. I'm tagging this for the weekly challenge Inspiration: Gratitude

This photo is wonderful. The colors, the minimalist feeling, the layers and also the narrative. I saw the same moon tonight, above the mountains, but I didn’t have the tripod and the photo didn’t work out. I’ll try again, better organised, tomorrow. Fav to you!

@caterina thank you. Shutter speed was 1.6 seconds so the tripod certainly came in handy!
