Harvest Moon (Almost)

Moon 95% Waxing the proper harvest moon will be on Friday. It's been a while since I shot the moon ths is not my best effort I feel a little rusty..

@alfsson Hi Paul I have the Nikkor 70 300 vr II tripod mounted using cable release to cut any movement out. Curiously I leave the VR on even though it's recommended to switch it off :)

That's what I have too. I used a tripod but pressed the shutter button. I wondered if I should have locked the mirror up too?

@alfsson if your pressing the shutter button on the camera it might add some shake. Can you put self timer on so everything is perfectly still?
