ISS

These 6 astronauts keep buzzing my garden every night at the moment so I thought I had better take a shot! This is the international space station passing over the UK with an almost full moon below it's a 25 second exposure hence the long line and slightly blurry stars.
Wow that's amazing was you waiting for it to arrive. I have seen it go over but never thought to photograph it. FAV

Oh well done. David takes lots of shots of the ISS when it passes by. He and his astronomy friends go up to the Gan Gan lookout and get shots of the stars too.

@wendyfrost Yes it was a rather last minute decision but knowing exactly when it's coming over helps when your composing the shot :)
@yurugabell Thank you
@onewing Thanks first time I have done one in a while I really should make the effort to get it over the reservoir.
@cirasj @lynnz @yorkshirekiwi @lyndamcg @littleconnie @elkereturns @johnsutton Thanks for all the great comments and fav's :)
@blueberry1222 Forgot to wave! The passes over the UK have been late evening so quite convenient :)

@inthecloud5 Thank you :) I always wonder what people make of it if they don't know what it is. Probably report it as a UFO!
