Ernie likes to play finger chase and "bite" our fingers through the glass. Often when I take photos of him, he'll go for the camera as well! I know Ernie has featured already this month but I had a rubbish day and had lots to think about this evening so forgot about my photo until the day was almost over. I know it's terribly blurry, but well, it's an action shot of our crazy turtle, so it had to be!
Excuse me but WTF is that!!!!
Sorry for the language but this shocked me. Having now read the text and looked at your other shots, I understand and award you a Fav!
What a great shot!
@bulldog
sorry about that! Ernie is a little turtle, as you'll now have realised, who we adopted 6 years ago after his previous owner abandoned him after not looking after him properly for ten years. He's happy and healthy now :)
@andrewkru
He always looks happy, I like to tell myself he's always smiling, but I know it's really just the way his mouth is made! You can see more of his smile in the other photos via the link under the photo.

What kind of turtle is he?
Thanks, he's a loggerhead musk turtle. http://roachling.blogspot.co.uk/2010/02/i-took-this-great-photo-of-our-turtle.html
