These trees are only really found in our ancient woodlands now so they're quite rare, but I really like them. I did the Gruffalo trail at Fineshade Wood this morning and then visited a fabulous ancient wood (where I found the wild service) which is one of the most biodiverse sites in the country.
After that we headed home. Holidays are nice and all, but there's no place like home :)
