Wet and windy

Oh so windy this afternoon! November and there are still roses flowering in the garden.

This so illustrates the horrible wet feel to the day. We still have some lovely peachy coloured roses flowering in our garden too. Arnt they a welcome sight. We were so lucky today to be inside playing bowls.

We've had our share of this kind of weather too, although today it was snow instead of rain--not settling at all though, yet. That wet, dark, windy weather has its own beauty, as you show here.

@francoise They're roses! My part of England has (unusually) been dry, warm (often too hot) and very sunny for much of this year. It's only been wet and windy the last few days and it's still really mild. We have spring flowers shooting up in November and I can't believe the roses are still flowering!
