365 Days Wild - Day 75

The weather was pretty bad today! This is the first time (in over a year of doing it) that I've ever experienced wildplay in heavy rain (I've been lucky!) and today we had two children come along in the afternoon briefly and that was all. Usually I'd see anything from 40 to 120 children at a session!

The rain eased in the afternoon and we did some den building, flint striking, mud painting and the like before packing away early and calling it a day.

It was certainly a rough old day! Good idea to have a little fire to keep warm.

@flowerfairyann We were going to have a fire and do a bit of cooking but it was far too wet to light one. This was just a bit of flint and steel lighting practise as the kids always love it!
