365 Days Wild - Day 147 (100 Days Happy - Day 34)

I was asked to help Derbyshire Wildlife Trust with an event today... it was called wintering wildlife and as well as promoting hedgehogs as part of the Wildlife Trusts current hedgehog campaign, we were also making 'birdy binoculars' and directing families to a nearby nature reserve to try them out.

It was a really quiet day though, we only had 4 children come to do our nature crafts. I made my own clay hedgehog (not pictured) who I named Spike, so Horace ( http://365project.org/roachling/365/2015-02-18) now has a friend :)

These hedgehogs are great. Sounds like a great day for the children lucky enough to be there.
