This happened today in the garden pond! I've been looking out for frog spawn for a couple of weeks. Yesterday there wasn't any but I checked when I got home this evening and saw the above!
Dave and I both had the day off work today to attend an appointment (it was so nice not to go to school today!) but it has been a very long and very busy day so didn't feel like a day off. I still have lots to do and I'm feeling so tired this week, I will have to have a comment catch up session here over the weekend.
Ooh that is some frogspawn, such a lot that it is bubbling out of your pond. You are going to have a lot of frogs if nothing gets them first. I love the picture and the way you can see the slime on the frogspawn

Last year I did a weekly (ish!) photo here tracking the development from spawn to froglets with last year's spawn, over April when it was laid to June when the froglets left the pond. You can spot the photos in my calendar views for those months (for anyone interested!).
