Another day of digging in my new garden! I've not yet written a blog post for day 24 but I found a lot of bugs whilst working - earwigs, centipedes, millipedes, woodlice, harvestmen, moths, spiders... I dug up more bricks from the back of the garden and have saved them for now in case they come in handy when I redesign the garden. For now, I've stacked them up to form a little shelter... maybe a hedgehog might find it or some amphibians?!
It's brilliant to have made so much progress in my garden... it's slowly on the way to becoming a wildlife garden!
Sounds exciting! Hope a little hedgehog finds it way. I've never seen one in our garden, but remember them in my parents garden. Their dogs would find them and carry them, ever so gently, to my dad.
