Film night by roachling

Film night

With no internet this week, I got through the rest of my February reading pile and then decided I had the perfect opportunity to start clearing some of the TV I've recorded and never watched before moving house (I'm not taking the box thingy with me).

I'm rubbish at watching TV so I have recorded lots of things that I wanted to watch but never actually sit and watch them (I always read instead!). Recordings go back to 2011!

Tonight I watched Jane Eyre, which I recorded in 2013. It was good.
Wow -I thought I was bad with watching TV lol! I'd rather read too though to be honest!

I hardly do TV either apart from news and weather, and they are watched while sat sorting photos.
If I am in front on TV and it gets boring or advert comes on, I turn to paper or magazine, and then never notice adverts finished.
Has Betty Turpin still got the Rovers ?

Just like me! I love my Kindle in preference to the telly

I hardly watch, neither does my partner, we don't even have a recording thingy :-)

@overalvandaan I only do because we've been living with my parents! It's just some kind of freeview box that can record I think, but I only ever watch BBC 1, 2 or 4 when I do watch / record things - mostly documentaries. It has been handy though to be able to record documentaries and the odd film and have them available for years - I never manage to catch things on the iplayer before they're no longer available!

yes, the documentaries on BBC are often very interesting, if we spot them on time (esp. the nature ones).
