Frog Spawn

I've been looking out for spawn all week, it's that time of year. There wasn't any on Wednesday, but when I was taking my photo yesterday, I could hear croaking from the pond and found more frogs then I've ever seen all at once in the pond and more spawn that we've ever had in this particular pond too!

A bit more spawn was laid today too.

how exciting. I've been looking too - all I found today was a squashed frog on the road - very sad....
