At the same time I hung the wreath on the door, I also did a bit of mantel faffing and decorated the tree. The lights went on for the first time today to mark the winter solstice, but I've not had time to sit and relax by candlelight this evening. A busy work day, and an even busier one ahead tomorrow.
@kjarn Haha, can't believe I still haven't done a photo of each room as I said I would all those months ago... I do have a set I took around the time we moved in but because I like to do 365 properly I can't upload those here! I'll note it in next years notebook now and aim to do a room each day for you at some point, when the light is better! I haven't forgotten about the wedding photos either... life has just been crazy busy lately, but I'm slowing down after christmas because I've had enough and need a break!
