Took my daughters two huskies for a walk this evening and saw more than a dozen rabbits. Many laid their ears back flat against there bodies and remained perfectly still while we passed. Many bolted at the last minute. With 2 dogs in tow you can imagine that I did NOT have my camera with me. Brought them home, went back out and found this fellow willing to pose for me.
It's that time of year - have seen quite a few lately - but usually just the powder puff tail taking off at high speed. Nice that you found a cooperative one. He's real cute.
