Would it be gross if I take a picture of all the men's bellies that look like round balls?? ha ha ha.. thank's so much for your comment on the trip pictures to Taxco...I feel it with you. I was scared but not as much as when we drove from Mazatlan to Durango (I hope I haven't my Mexican towns mixed up here) now that was scary as there wasn't a wide highway but such narrow roads I bet my knuckles were white from holding on the the seat all the time although Hans is a very good driver but you have to worry about the oncoming cars and mostly the huge tractor trailers...saw too many of the shrines. we also had rented a small car that time but didn't realized that there were no gas stations along the way..so half way there we had to turn around and head back to the resort. we missed what is called the Devil's backbone a mountain range to high up and narrow and falling off on both sides as if you drive over a bridge with hardly any guard rails ...it was understood that if I was too scared to drive over this range that my husband would turn around (only if he could without backing up) I was glad we had to turn around before we reached that area. today I say too bad it would have been an experience.....but I'm glad I'm still alive.
tTank you Robert for your reply..glad I had the towns correct. so that means you actually went over what they call the Devils backbone..how bad was it? how many days did you guys drive when you mention all those places? have to tell my husband..he will be interested to read your comment. (he does read some of the comments I freceive).
