We're home at last - 7 weeks and approx. 8000km later. The map shows our trip around Tasmania. The pink spots are places we would recommend as "not to miss" places if anybody is interested in visiting this wonderful island.
@olivetreeann Hi Ann -it's so nice to hear you say you enjoyed some of the photos - I always feel as if I'm imposing holiday photos on other people. It was a wonderful holiday - Tassie is not so big - a lot of the driving was to get there and back. Cheers and thanks again! Rob
@louisanoffke We spoke to people doing different times - a Swedish couple were there for 4 days!, quite a few took 2 weeks - probably enough in you picked your spots and only stayed 2 nights at most, we did 4 weeks - saw nearly the whole island and had 6 nights in Hobart and surrounds , 4 at Strahan, and 4 at Launceston, mostly 2 at the rest. The drives between one place and another are mostly only a few hours so you can move and still sightsee in the same day. huge variety to see. Cheers Rob

If you do decide to come over let me know - some of the pink spots might only have 1 major really good thing - others may have multiples - so stay anywhere between 1 and 4 days at each.
