I love this for so many reasons -- almost an abstract in how you processed it, finding the treasure upon close look -- the lawn mower from my childhood -- and then reading your story.
Nice editing. Our lawn has gone too at the moment, a lot of the plants are suffering in the garden too, but we are trying to keep some alive. We had three spots of rain last night, not enough to even register on the rain gauge.
Thanks everybody for your appreciation of this editing experiment - I'm so pleased to read all of your positive comments. The grass is gone but that's a good thing and it's taken 20 years to totally get rid of it. This used to be a paddock that we had to mow but we've slowly turned it into a small rainforest area and can now walk under a canopy and not touch the mower. Yea!! P.S.
