At first I thought it might be an elaborate chocolate milkshake machine, but then I Googled it and there are some things you just can't unsee, ha ha. Yuk
@onewing Very true Babs- it's actually most interesting just to see all lit up and gently burping and scenting the air - the final result (into that beaker) is quite underwhelming! Love the idea of a milkshake machine though!! :)

As Jackie described it, it is indeed a "poo making model to show how our insides work". It is a very popular exhibit with people crowding the room to see the daily "evacuation" into the beaker at the front of the photo. Only at MONA! Cheers Rob :)
