SOOC "388"

Three hundred and eighty eight first responders perished in the World Trade Center on 9/11. There are 388 flags, set up in tribute, all around a local park. Here are just a few. SOOC, using a filter in-camera, offered for more of Richard Sayer's @vignouse "back to basics" challenge this month, explained here: http://365project.org/discuss/themes-competitions/26200/back-to-basics-nf-sooc-2015.

Such a sad day, even all these years later.
