A metro (subway) traveller, newly disembarked, heading for the exit. I had been trying to leave the shutter open longer, in the hopes of catching a train, but caught this stranger instead. He is blurred from walking. Not exactly SOOC, this time. For some reason, b&w is appealing to me these days. Oh, well.
Thanks for all your kindness towards my "vertical blinds" shot from yesterday. It was kind of an accident, seeing the light in that way, so I was happy it worked out.
Thanks for visiting. I appreciate your time very much.

@jgpittenger I was trying to shoot this SOOC, so this is what I had. I did a bit of editing, to bring him into central focus, but most of the shot is left alone. Thank you for thinking thoughtfully about my shot. :)
He is well framed by the vertical lines and the door and even though he is central, it works with the other elements in this shot. b&w of course is super.
This exudes such a sense of "aloneness"! It wouldn't have been the same at all in color! ... delighted to read notes that hint that we might all be getting together next spring! Won't THAT be fun! (Ken and I have St Louis roots, he from Troy, and we're both WU grads)
