Happy two-year anniversary for my 365 project. I had originally saw this shot as one in color, but the image had other ideas.
I want to take a moment to stop and thank the generous and creative members of this community for making this journey so unexpectedly enriching. I started this project two years ago, with an iPhone and no knowledge of photography at all. Thanks to the advice and inspiration of the members here, I have gained knowledge and competencies far beyond what I could have imagined when I began. More importantly, I have made personal connections with generous people from around the world.
10/1/2020: Finished year 7 (!), with continuing gratitude towards this amazing community. Based in St. Louis, MO. Regular worker-bee and self-taught photography dilettante....
Congratulations on two years. No way do I believe you're such a new photographer. Too good for that! You must be a very fast learner. :). So glad we've made the 365 connection.
