Keep Out (Stay In?)

Another "prison week" shot from my trip to the Missouri Penitentiary, now closed, from yesterday.

They were serious about folks not climbing out, I guess.

Shot from the inside, with my telephoto, looking out and up. The unfortunate juxtaposition of the blue sky and the barbs struck me.
