"Paint Louis" is this weekend. Invited graffiti artists come in and "create" on the long surface of the flood wall, which protects the city from any flooding which the Mississippi River might take into its head to do.
I liked this colorful, cheerful offering. It will be a beauty when she finishes.

Wonderful idea to brighten up a concrete wall. This is a very attractive piece of street art. I can never work out how the artists know where they're up to. I like this image a lot.
