Green - Desaturated

This is a succulent. Or, rather, the black and white version of the succulent (which I have to include in my main album because of the flash of red thingy this month). We are supposed to be thinking about texture as a subject.

I liked it, but I really like the color version better, so I am posting that color version on my alternates album (which I hardly ever use these days).

Fun at the Botanical Garden today. :)

While the color is nice, this shows off the shapes of the leaves and the little bit of texture they have. Still glows from within.

You may prefer the color, but I love this in black and white. There's something about the way it glows in the center- I think it gets lost in the color version. But, art is subjective!
