Zoom

I'm practicing using a setting on my camera that I need to employ in astrophotography. I may have an opportunity to use this in the near future. :) This setting (called "live composite") is also kind of nice for light trails, so here you go. It lets the camera take a photo, then just add the newly captured light in intervals, then it blends the final result as a composite.

I should have waited another fifteen minutes or more, to let the sun move fully beyond the horizon, but it was dinner time. ;).

Sorry to be so sporadic here of late, but time, attention and motivation are in short supply right now.

Thanks, as always, for taking time to stop by.
This is rather incredible, amazing image and fav!

Excellent light trails. I must try this some time but we don't have enough traffic where I live.

Great image, love the lines, light and colour. The surrounding area looks so calm and the road so full of energy.

Wowee, great light trails. I rather like them without dark surrounds.

A nice result. I'm not sure I understand the technique. Perhaps I don't need to since I don't have that setting on my camera.
