Goodbye, Christmas! by rosiekerr

Goodbye, Christmas!

Although I enjoy spending time with family, I am always relieved when all of the work is done. So here is an image to represent that idea. She is off into the sunset, to an imaginary peaceful place. :)

It is probably clearer on black, if you have the time.

Thanks to Sheralee Stoll, @bella_ss, who commented that I could use my Lego photographer from yesterday and the holiday tree ornament that she was photographing, for a balloon. :) Such a fun idea!

I appreciate the visit - happy holidays to all.
@bella_ss Thanks for the idea - here is the result. Such fun to make. :)

That worked out very well. I too am relieved that it is over. Rough one in my case. :-(

Alas, there doesn’t appear to be enough room for me, I would so love to be in that balloon! This is a fun image!

I'm also thankful when it's over although now I need to put it all away.

A great shot, unfortunately it is not over for me yet. I still have the grandchildren here for two weeks ;-)

I keep meaning to create photo setups for my lego people, too . . . and yours is so well done for visually representing your feelings!

My wife is already worn out with all the work she did in preparation for Christmas and she is still only half way through. Love the concept of this image. I hope I will force it on my wife after New Year's Day.

Great fun image to express what most of us feel at the end of such a busy time.

I can imagine what it takes to just put up a tree, much less handle all the rest! A wonderful image. I really like your fantastical processing in this series.
