I have one thought...the sky and clouds have slightly different white balance...I wonder re adding a subtle color filter to bring it all together?

@jgpittenger You know, I noticed that after I posted it. I could add a hue/saturation layer to just the clouds (clip it to the clouds) and fix it. White balance subtleties often blow right by me until later. Thank you for noticing! :)
