It has tried to rain this morning so I thought I had better go for a walk before it really came down! (Just like it is doing now!). This pic was taken on manual settings as I am trying to learn more about my camera. I liked this one because it shows the catkins as a sort of lilac colour and I managed to get a good DOF. I feel as though I have captured this completely myself without the help of other settings predicted by the camera. It is something different as well to see the old year out with. I hope you all like it
