This little dove just sat in the tree down Wood Lane for ages letting me take pictures of him/her. I think she recognised the fact that I'm a friend to the birds and would never hurt her. Oh I am soppy!
I've had trouble with my laptop and thought I would lose everything because it wouldn't boot up and the repair program couldn't mend it. I had to back everything up and thought I might have to go and buy another one tomorrow. This one has been nothing but trouble but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it continues to work for a bit longer. It will be 3 years old in December and had to have a new hard drive under warranty. The trouble is I don't want Windows 8 because everyone says it's rubbish and I don't want a touch screen one because that's just something else to go wrong. It's pouring with rain here now but I'm glad we managed to rake up 3 builders bags of leaves this afternoon before they got all wet.
@lucypics Yes Lucy I've just had a look at that. Why is it that laptops don't seem to last 2 minutes these days? I will never buy another HP as the last one that crashed beyond help was an HP. I can't think why I bought another one. My Acer although very slow because it hasn't got much memory and an old processor still works but is just too slow and I've had that years
