I've had a wonderful time taking pics of red kites up the hill towards Old Warden. I went out prepared today with the camera on the seat beside me and they obliged by flying quite low. There were 4 at one time although mostly 2 who came quite close and flew low. They had their eye on a crow in a field and went down and attacked him! I was surprised as I didn't think they would attack a bird as big as a crow. It was a job to choose which one to post as I took loads of them and was pleased with most of them. I chose this one because he is flying against a blue sky. There were black clouds in the distance and some very boring white sky along the other way.
