The starlings all came down for breakfast as usual and they wait for me to come out with their food. This youngster I'm sure can feed himself but he's a bit lazy and expects his Mum to do it for him - must be a boy! LOL

I went back to the computer shop today to say that I would give them a last chance to get things right if they could put it in writing that they would give me a refund if they failed. They refused to do it as they said that they couldn't guarantee that there would be no further problems as it was a software problem! They then went on to say that it was caused by me downloading something (they didn't say what) but it was them that installed AVG for me which they blamed for the problems and then they have blamed all sorts of things - in fact they seem to have an answer although they don't seem to be able to fix it. It's now got to go through the whole process of complaint but I have thought about going to 3 Counties Radio as they do have a Consumer Expert and they might be able to help me and show up the company for being so useless. All they had to do was agree that the laptop has never worked properly and give me my money back. They could claim the money back from Fujitsu. I suspect that they are waiting for me to claim it back from my credit card company and they won't have to pay anything out - a scam perhaps?
