This is a rose we bought in St Neots a couple of weeks ago. It is a climber that we have planted next to the arch over the path that runs through the rockery leading up to our front door. It is a beautiful rose and is doing very well. I think it's had about 6 flowers on it already. We bought it in a cheap shop opposite Waitrose car park and the lady gave us a couple of Bizzie Lizzies for nothing when we bought it. We would definitely go back there again!
I was hoping to walk along Wood Lane tonight and get some pics of the fields in the golden hour! However, it's been grey and dull today and we even had a shower of rain - good for the garden which I've had to keep watering! I walked along there last night without the camera as I wanted to gather some plums from the trees down there so left my camera at home. I could kick myself now as the fields looked so beautiful in the golden light where the corn was growing and then the light changed and the clouds were so pretty in the sunset - a beautiful pink colour. It was truly a beautiful scene and I was hoping to post some pics tonight to show you.
