Scarecrow Show

As we drove back from Sainsbury's this morning via Shuttleworth, we drove through Ickwell and there was a scarecrow show so we walked around the village and I took a load of photos of the scarecrows and some of the lovely cottages around the green. Ickwell is a lovely old English village which is totally unspoilt and has a green with the cricket pitch in the middle and they have a May Pole for dancing round on May Day which is a typically old English tradition. The scarecrows on the right are manning the Polling Station - LOL
