I stopped to take a couple of shots of some chimneys as they looked nice against the skyline and I've noticed them nearly every day as I drive down the lane. As I walked a bit nearer, I heard a little bird chirruping and looked over to see this little fellow. They are perhaps not as pretty as my robin pic from yesterday (thanks for all your wonderful comments and Favs) but they do have a lovely singing voice and to me they are quite sweet.
Last night I went to the work Christmas do and had a great time sitting next to someone else who likes to drink large glasses of wine and have a lot of fun. I didn't take my camera but I did have my phone camera so took a few candid shots around the table. I got a really good shot of one of the volunteers who had fallen asleep at the table! I didn't think we were that boring but he was sitting at the other end amongst people who weren't quite so much fun. I didn't get home until 11.40pm and I had no idea it was so late. Time goes fast when you're having fun. I got a lift so didn't need to drive. One of our Door to Door vehicles picked a few of us up due to one of my colleagues driving it. The Door to Door vehicle is used during the daytime to ferry elderly people anywhere they need to go - does that say something about me!!!! No I don't think so as I wasn't the oldest on the bus LOL
Thanks for all your kind comments and Favs. I'm afraid I'm out tonight but this time with hubby and another friend. I shall never lose any weight while I keep going out for meals!!!
