Mind the thorns

Another grey day although the sun has been out for short periods. However, this little blue tit didn't seem to mind. I was a bit concerned though that he might prick himself on those wicked looking thorns!

It is quite amazing how they seem to miss these thorns, but there again on a Birdie scale, the thorns are quite big and avoidable.
