Wild flowers in Bedfordshire

I pass this carpet of wild flowers several times a week and as I had been to collect a prescription from the doctors, I decided to make a bit of a detour and park the car so that I could take a few shots. I just think they are very beautiful and I'm glad to see that our Town Councils are sowing wild flowers in the grass on the edge of the roadway as it does make for a lovely cheery view.

I have been to deliver some lamp timers to a couple of people today (yes this is work) only to find out that one of them has had a fall and is in hospital being monitored for possible heart problems. I have asked the lady who organises the group to let me know when he comes home because if the hospital hasn't referred him to the Falls Clinic, I will. Other elderly clients have been in hospital following a fall and I don't know why one part of the NHS doesn't seem to know about another! Frustrating or what!

Thanks for all your kind comments and Favs - I shall be off to the Camera Club AV group tonight to take photos in one of our parks in order to make an AV.
