Every day I am having to fill this feeder as the birds are just getting through many sunflower hearts. So much so that I have ordered a 12.55kg bag from Amazon as I can have them delivered which means I don't have to lug the sack from the shop to the car and up to the house. I have done my first grocery shop on line this morning and I don't think I shall be doing that too often as it took so much time and then I didn't see anywhere that I could add my vouchers as I was promised £18 off for my first online shop.
The greenfinches flew onto the feeder as soon as I had filled it up before the rain started yet again. The one on the left was not having any of it and he was determined to get the feeder to himself. The poor robin was having a job perching on it and the two greenfinches were definitely swearing at each other I'm sure! It did make me laugh though and kept me entertained for a few minutes. I'm sure that they soon became friends a few minutes later.
