This little robin usually comes down for an evening bath and yesterday was no exception. He splashes around and looks as though he's really enjoying himself before flying off to his roost. I don't know whether it was the same robin who was singing so beautifully in the tree just above my head this morning while I was raking the leaves up but I just had to tell him how much I loved his song. It really was beautiful and I wish you could hear it. How grateful I am to have ears that can hear him!
Today I have tried another tactic with the camera. I just can't seem to find my right eye next to the view finder - it's just so unnatural to me so I thought I would have a try with my dodgy eye. Well it looks rather misty and has a few flies and spiders floating through the air but I clicked the shutter and when I put my glasses on and looked at the images, most were OK so I am not going to abandon my dodgy eye but try to use it like this. It's amazing how adaptable you can be if you are determined! I have about the top half of my eye that can see above the gas bubble albeit a bit blurry but where there's a will there's definitely a way. I am a most determined person to conquer this!!
Thanks for all your kind comments and Favs - it is always most appreciated.
@onewing yes Babs I have tried live view but I don't feel as though I have control of the camera and I am find it hard to keep it still and I'm not very good with it tripod
