Moth by rosiekind

Moth

It's moths like this that keep eating my wool jumpers despite me putting them in the drawer in plastic bags. I don't know how they do it because I never see them.

Trying out my macro lens and the girls told me yesterday that I would find it difficult to hand hold on such a close up shot and they were perfectly right! It is difficult but I haven't had much time today as I had to drive over to Sarah's @pixiemac this morning as I left my phone there yesterday and then I have been to a funeral. One of the chaps who lives in our road sadly died aged 58 from cancer after a 4 year battle! He never moaned and made the best of his life. I used to see him along the cycle track when I was walking with my camera and he was on his mobility scooter as he couldn't walk over the past months. His wife was so brave at the funeral and gave her own account of life with Steve. I know that I couldn't have done it.

Thanks for getting 2 of yesterday's birthday shots on PP - the one of Sarah's birthday cake was really down to her!

Btw no insects were hurt to get this shot as I found it dead last year and saved it as I knew it would come in useful even if it had done my clothes some damage!
My husband had a wool jumper destroyed by mothe. Think he would happily killed it.
