Lovely day for a pony and trap

Today the weather has turned out better than expected! The sun was shining when I woke up and carried on for most of the morning before we had a light shower this afternoon. I had asked Steve to stop the car so that I could get some photos of the bluebells in the wood that we passed on the way to Shuttleworth and the gentleman driving his pony and trap called out to us what a lovely day it was to see the bluebells. I took this with my phone as I didn't have a camera with me. What did we do before mobile phones?! Thanks for all your kind comments and Favs - it is always much appreciated.
Lovely capture, it's poaring down here at the moment

Beautiful capture! I am hoping to see bluebells but I don't think they are really showing much down here. We had sun to start then it clouded over. Quite a strong chill wind off the sea but we have been so lucky with the weather so far! Fav!

A lovely country scene captured here Rosie. I agree, the camera phones are so useful nowadays and give good quality results.
