Water Lily

I went up to RSPB after I had been to the Diabetes Prevention Group as it is held in Sandy as well. I was pleased as I have lost more weight and I have lost over 5kg in total since starting the group. It's good because I don't have a lot to lose but that can be more difficult than for people who have a lot to lose. The more you have to lose, the quicker it usually comes off.

Anyway, at RSPB there were about 8 children in the hide and they kept banging the door, going in and out and throwing the paper that's in there for people to record what they have seen. The parents were totally oblivious standing outside chatting. If my children had behaved like that they would have been in big trouble!

Anyway, I realised that I would be wasting my time so I walked to the gardens and saw these lovely water lilies. There are some pink ones and some white ones but I liked this shot the best.
